These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Starz Home Remodeling website and the services we provide. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Starz Home Remodeling provides residential home remodeling services in the greater Houston, Texas area, including but not limited to kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, home additions, exterior renovations, concrete and masonry work, and outdoor living construction. All services are subject to a written project agreement between the homeowner and the Company.
Prior to the start of any project, a detailed written agreement will be provided outlining the scope of work, materials, timeline, and total cost. Work will not commence until the agreement is signed by both parties. Any changes to the scope of work after the agreement is signed will be documented via a written change order and may affect the total project cost and timeline.
Payment terms are outlined in each project agreement. Generally, a deposit is required to secure scheduling, with progress payments due at defined project milestones and the remaining balance due upon substantial completion. Accepted payment methods include check, bank transfer, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted by Texas law.
Starz Home Remodeling provides a workmanship warranty as described on our Warranty page. Materials are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties. Warranties do not cover damage resulting from misuse, negligence, normal wear and tear, acts of nature, or unauthorized modifications.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Starz Home Remodeling shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services or this website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the homeowner under the applicable project agreement.
In the event of a dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or our services, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue mediation administered by a mutually agreed-upon mediator in Houston, Texas. If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the courts of Harris County, Texas.
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our prior written consent. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the website at any time without notice.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
